Most Important to Remember:

1. If you plan on leaving negative feedback towards a Track or anyone else on this board. You need to leave your NAME in the post. If this is not done and you only want to remain Anonymous your post will be DELETED!! This is NOT a forum to openly bash individuals, tracks, or officials. As always, we ask that subjects be related to racing, and if you have something to say, please do it in a respectful way.
2. Please note that we do not allow advertising, on this board without being a paying advertiser holding a Banner spot or paying A monthly advertising fee. If a flood of advertisement occurs, the advertiser and the posts will be deleted from this Message Board. (See Text Signatures for allowed advertising)
3. Local Race Chat has spent many hours working to build their member base. We ask that you do not spam our members through posts, private messages, emails, or any other attempt to disrupt their time here. If you are reported doing such we will disable your posting privileges until your account is reviewed.

Classifieds: The classifieds are to be used by members selling items and not services. Business ads are accepted provided you place them in the proper area located HERE. The base price for business ads only is $10.00 for each 90 day period. All other ads are free. Click HERE for Advertising Rates if you would like to buy a Banner ad.

Global Forum Rules:

1. Staff decisions are final. Ultimately, staff has complete discretion over what is and is not acceptable on the site.
2. Public discussions of staff decisions are not permitted on the site. If you have any concerns or queries relating to a staff decision, please take it up in private with a member of the site administration team.
3. All members must be treated in a respectful and adult manner. All members should respect and adhere to the promotion of harmony within the community. Do not attempt to disrupt the community in any way.
4. Stay with the thread topic. In all forum environments it's common courtesy to stay on topic of the thread you are replying to. If your post is not on topic it may be moved or deleted at the discretion of the staff.
5. NO Hijacking of another members thread. Changing the subject of a thread is considered hijacking it, if you have a topic to discuss please start your own thread. It's easily done by clicking this button in any forum your topic may apply to.
6. No "Flaming". Please do not post any messages that harass, insult, belittle, threaten or flame another member or guest.
7. No "Trolling". Please do not post any topic that disrupts the peace and harmony of this board. Don't create meaningless threads with the sole purpose of starting a dispute. This includes messages in profiles and signatures.
8. No "Spamming". Please do not double post or cross-post the same message in multiple forums. You will not mass-PM or mass-email multiple members of this site with the same message. You will not post for the sake of increasing your post count.
9. No "Bumping" (Your threads/posts): Please do not repeatedly bump your threads to try and get attention. Most members of the site are not online 24 hours a day and so will not see your post the instant it is made. Do not bump a thread within 24 hours, and not more than twice a week.
10. No Offensive Material Please do not post messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, and/or otherwise violate of any local or international laws. This includes links in your signature, profile, posted images, photos and avatars. Staff will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not.
    Please note that this is a PG-13 rated site and therefore is meant to suitable for all ages, including under 13s with parental guidance/permission.
11. No posting messages anywhere on this site that are primarily for the promotion or advertising of any website, forums, email address, business, or other entities that you have an affiliation with (ie. no self-promotion).
12. Members are permitted a maximum of one account per person, regardless of how many tracks or companies you represent. If you choose to ignore this important restriction, all your accounts will be removed. If you require a temporary user name for any reason, please contact an admin. If you have forgotten your log in details and are unable to retrieve them via the system, do not create a new account, please contact an Admin. Look here for frequently asked questions.
13. You are responsible for any posts originating from your user name account.
14. Participants may not post words or URLs that are censored by adding spaces, dots, or substituting characters; or by any other means in an attempt to defeat any censors put in place by Local Race Chat. If you type your words out the site will censor any foul language, please let the site do the censoring. (# is an example of this violation.)
15. Participants may not link, in any manner, to sites or images containing pornography, sexually explicit, gross violence, or are determined by moderators to be detrimental to the community.
16. Any posts that encourage illegal intent will be removed and the account disabled.
17. Considering the real-time nature of this bulletin board, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of all information posted.
18. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of each posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted.
19. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
20. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this Message Board or any entity associated with this Message Board.
21. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to click the Report Post image located in every post.
22. Although this Message Board does not moderate each of the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we at Local Race Chat reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever.
23. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Race Chat to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
24. We at Local Race Chat also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

User Names, Custom User Titles, Locations, and Signatures
The custom user titles, location field, and signature options are edited via your Profile. Custom user titles and the location field are displayed next to your posted text, under your user name. Signatures, once created in your profile, are attached to the end of your posts (if you choose the option to include your signature.) User Names are created when you register and are limited to 15 characters and may not contain any special characters other than the (_) and (#) symbol. Any User Names found to be in violation of any rules outlined below will be removed and changes without notice to the owner of the account. Exceptions are only made for advertisers of Local Race Chat, but still must remain 15 characters or less.

• URLs or other forms of advertising (phone numbers, contact details, etc.) are not allowed in custom user titles, which are limited to 25 characters. Also, members may not use custom titles to impersonate, or attempt to impersonate, LRC Staff or user groups.
• Your location field cannot include URLs or other forms of advertising.

Text Signatures: (All Members)

• Must be setup in your profile, and not manually added to your messages.
• May include two clickable links. (may not link, in any manner, to sites or images containing pornography, sexually explicit, gross violence, or are determined by moderators to be detrimental to the community.)
• Maximum font size cannot be larger than 3.
• Must be kept to a maximum of three lines (at 1024x768 resolution).
• May not contain links to other threads or posts.
• Please keep special characters (&%$#) to a minimum.
• Your signature is your signature. It is not for sale or rent.
• Any signature that is offensive or insulting to either LRC, its members, or its staff, are prohibited and subject to removal without notice.
• We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature at any time, for any reason.

Picture and Animated Signatures: (Premium Members Only)

• You may include only one animated or picture signature.
• The size is limited to 300 x 150 pixels MAX anything any larger will be removed.
• You may not include images containing pornography, sexually explicit, gross violence, or anything else determined by moderators to be detrimental to the community.
• You may include music in your sig as long as it's in good taste, with no foul language.
• If you wish to have a signature created by our staff you may start a new thread HERE Please post what you would like and show any pictures that you want included. Same goes for music.

Local Race Chat has a Infraction system in place. If you break any forum rules you will receive warnings or Infractions. Infractions are worth 1 point each and last from 1 day to 10.. After a certain number of points  normally 10, you loose posting privileges and will not be able to post until points expire. If you feel you were judge wrongfully Contact Us and we will review your infraction (s) for reversal.

Privacy Policy: We will not release any member information unless under court order to do so.
