ARCHDALE, NC (November 3, 2009)- Earl Pearson Jr. and the Bobby Labonte Racing Team will travel to the final three events of the 2009 season competing at the lowes dirt track in Concord, NC starting on Wednesday November 4th. Earl will compete in the Topless Show Down paying $10,000 to the winner on wednesday night. Once again Tommy Kerr had a strong top five run cut short when he had problems with a lapped car. The incident sent Kerr, who was running fourth at the time, to the rear of the SRRS event at Green Valley Speedway.

The former attorney for Jeremy Mayfield said he has yet to be paid for defending the suspended NASCAR driver.
Bill Diehl, the most prolific attorney in Charlotte, N.C., represented Mayfield following his May suspension for failing a random drug test. The two split last month when Mayfield hired celebrity attorney Mark Geragos.
