FASTRAK Qualifying Results/Heat Race Line Ups
FASTRAK Racing Series GRAND NATIONALS
Jenson Ford Does it Again At Wythe Raceway Leads All Qualifiers in FASTRAK Qualifying Rural Retreat, VA (Oct-22) Piney Flats Tn native Jensen Ford came to the Grand Finale of the 2009 FASTRAK Racing Series GRAND NATIONALS hoping to do three things; be the fastest qualifeyer, win his FASTRAK Heat Race, and win Saturday Nights race. Once qualifying was completed, Ford had accomplished the first of his three goals after circling Wythe Raceway faster than anyone else in FASTRAK Qualifying with a lap of 18.619 seconds. Jerry Broyles of Jonesborough TN came close circling the speedway in 18.626 seconds, Local Favorite Kenny Peeples Jr was just three one hundredths of a second behind Broyles to become third fastest in qualifying with a lap of 18.694 seconds. Inman SC driver David Smith would come home fourth in FASTRAK Qualifying after his lap 18.770 seconds around Wythe Raceway. Ron Parker of Lawndale NC rounded out the Top 5 after covering Wythe Raceways ½ mile in 18.798 seconds. To See Full Field Results and Heat Race Line Ups go to www.fastrakracing.com
