Caleb Fulp has been declared the winner for this past event. Mark Crowe has been disqualified for not having a sealed engine. All engines have to be sealed and certified by GM or a Certified Engine Rebuilder. The track has approved M & M Block and Head and Foley Machine Shop. Any Engine found to be illegal, Engine Builder and Driver will be barred 365 days. Mike addressed the call to be difficult being Caleb Fulp is his son and its a call he didn't want to call. Thanks Mike in my opinion, you did the right thing. Chad

Jay Foley is crowes motor man. I talked to Crowe the way i understand is Jays motors are legal but has to have a seal put in them by Jay Foley, because Mike has approved Foley machine and M&M Block to build these motors put they have to put there on seals on them. Someone correct me if im wrong??

So the rules need to state that M&M and Foleys Machine are certfied builders ?

how foley gonna be 311 crate motor man an be barred for 365 days along with crowe??? just dont make no sense at all but what at 311 dose nowa days...

Mike said if you have any questions regarding Protest, call him 336-413-0744 and NO Jay Foley is not barred 365 days. This was a visual protest and it does not fall under Barring 365 days. Mike informed me that it should have been brought up in pre inspection before the race.
