A "few" photos from Friday night (6/9)

Thanks to RaceJunkie and the staff of Dublin to make it possible for me to come down Friday night and take some photos of the big $4,000 to win SLM race. The staff was friendly, especially the track's photographer who was very nice and helpful. Good racing, especially in the late model division, although the show did run late (I left at 3:30am as they were running the last race). Part of the reason for running so late was two big accidents in the SLM race and the four-wheeler accident (I hope the person involved is doing okay...my thoughts and prayers are with him/her).

I will post a link to all my photos from there when I'm done (probably late in the week), but for now here are a few selected ones...

Kevin thanks for making the trip and I hope you were able to find a comfortable room, after the long night. The pictures are great, it's very evedent that we are glad to have one of the best if not the best phtographer around.. I have not yet seen any other phtographer put in as much effort as you do to take pictures. Again thank you for making the trip down..

Thanks everybody! I really do appreciate the comments. I'm just glad that people seem to like the pics. I love local short track racing and know the blood, sweat, and tears put into it by everybody involved (car owners, drivers, crew members, officials, etc). With my disc problems in my back and neck I'm really limited as far as what I can do for the sport, but taking and sharing my pics is my way of trying (in some small way) to give back to the sport that has brought me so much happiness. :icon_blahblah: Well, I better stop before people start bringing up their lunches (if they haven't already :uglylol: ).
