In case none of you are familiar with Local Race Chat here’s a quick run down. We have been around about 11 months still young but growing. We carry a vast amount of racing news from all around this region. We are adding more and more content each month. We don’t delete threads and posts so this whole site is like a history book at least from 2005 anyway. You have the ability to search this site just like the internet to find content that is here. We also are the host of a few message boards for certain tracks now including yours. Your track may or may not have appointed moderators for the forum, if so they have the permissions to remove and or edit posts. We do value every ones opinions here at LRC and we ask that you post your negative opinions in an adult way. Please understand that we are here for the support of the tracks and drivers that give us a place to take our families for a great time. I am sure you will love it here once you get use to the family of members, currently over 800.. Please take the time to read our rules of the form, simple but to the point. We don’t require you to use a real name here only if you have the intent to start a controversial thread. Then you are required to leave your name and send the staff some contact info. If not your thread will be deleted..
Now that all the mumbo jumbo is out of the way.
Start a new thread by clicking the NEW THREAD button at the top left of the forum just below the banner for your track. This button is also located on the bottom left of the forum. You may reply by clicking the REPLY button located in the same position once inside the thread, or use the Quick reply at the bottom. We have a PM (Private Message) system that you may use to send any of the members that have elected to receive PM’s. This is just like having an email system within the site. Just look for the PM button on a members post or look at there public profile for a link. You can also add members to your buddy list. There are allot of stuff you can do here and honestly it would take me several pages. We have a FAQ link at the top, that will probably be of some help too.
We like to keep everything organized and in a certain place you will get use to it. You can post anything you like in this forum that pertains to the track, we have other forums for general chat and other areas of racing. Don’t worry and don’t be shy, we will move it to the proper forum if needed.
You can reach your track by clicking on the banner at the top.
