Red Dust works with a guy from the Arcola area and said theres a guy they call Capps thats been working on a #28 car. Is that Chip Capps and is he returning soon?

yeah, that is Chip Capps. I haven't heard if he is comming back, the last thing that I heard was that the whole package was for sale.

The guy told RedDust that hes been working on it and has been taking it somewhere on a trailer then bringing it back later. Who knows.
