Thanks to JC, Marcia and all the Clarys Staff, the track was awsome. I loved the running order. No broken cars, limited number of cautions, good racing and we were on our way home before midnight. I know everyone worked very hard to give us awsome racing conditions and I had a great time.

Unregistered, if you had to read the names that means you weren't there. If you weren't there then it is no need for you to comment on anything that happened Sat. night. It was some of the best racing in all classes that I have seen in along time especially the SLM class. Why not make it easy and register yourself, it's real simple. Guess you just want to try to hide behind your computer and talk your trash, good luck.

It wasn't so much of a slam at the track as it was to the racers in that area. They all get on here and say all these tracks have to do is pay more money and the cars will show. It is pretty obvious that Clarys is doing that and they still don't show up. They cut back to every other week so guys have time to fix cars so that shouldn't be an excuse. If throwing money at it isn't the answer what do some of you experts think it is? I really don't see how the track can do much more.

There is no answer. Some racers(not all by no means) are never happy weheather its just their nature or they think the track doesnt care about their class, or they should be on tv running nascar or everything should be either free or cheap for them to race or the grass is greener on the other side of the fence thing. I dont know what it is. But there are only a few die hard deciated racers anymore now days. If you need proff just look at all the tracks that shut down now adays. There have been 2 shut down this year alone i sc one was a old well supported track in the past. If us fans and racers dont get behind wayne county speedway it may be another short season there as well and that would be a shame. I dont know what the answer is, but I do know what isnt the answer and that is *****ing and complaining or staying home just because of one issue when there are another 99 postive things about certin tracks

The People Who Flap Their Gums Really Need To Keep Their Mouth Closed.you Will Never Find Any Race Track Like Clarys And Waynes County. Marcia,j.c,monk Along With Eddie Work Very Hard To Make Every Body Welcome At Their Tracks.

I may stir up some stink on this one but I think it's the truth. The SLM guys know that the competition is so strong that it is hard for an average guy to come in there and compete or even make the show. The tightness of the track probably keeps some away as well, it is a different track and is not easy to get around for eveyone. The SLM class may not have been packed last week but look at the names that were there and how good those cars that were there are. Some of the best of the best. And the one's that were there definately put on a heck of a show, all the way through the field.

The same applies for the support divisions, the competition in those classes is too good too. The only guys that have been able to run with the locals in the stock chassis V8 cars were some of the guys from FMS a couple of years ago, Scott Neighbors and Glenn Howard. Just my opinion, hope I didn't step on anybody's toes but...that is how I see it.

Dan you hit the nail on the head. You said what I didnt have the ----- to say lol. If all of the regular drivers show up this week vs the clash drivers, I think everyone will see just how tough the field of cars everyweek is at clarys. At most tracks one to three local guys make the show or have a good run. This week if you dont think Ray tucker, Johnny stovall, Rick Whaey, and Richard jarvis will be running up front for the win you are crazy. I will bet you a dollar to a doughnut that Kent wright and Ray davis jr both will make the show also. Thats six of the 24 car field. Now throw in louie littlepage all the pettyjohns if they decide to come and by tires and race you could have over 10 cars that race semi regular at clarys in the field. Take it a little further carl powell and damon kotke could run competively at all most any other track in Nc and have had good runs before at clarys. Oh I also forget about danny hudson when he decides to show up hes in the mix. Ricky elliott will be at a double header at hagerstown this weekend and booper has a hoosier contract, just think if they were to show up friday and sat. You could very easily have only 8-12 clash regulars in the show. That dosent happen at any track that the clash races at. These are some reasons alot of super late model teamms look and complain about how far the purse pays back, because they know they are probly not gonna finsh high enought to into the real big money. But I will take 12-15 good cars battling it out for that money than watching a full field with the back 10 being field fillers.

As far as the support classes go, clarys has some of the best verten drivers that you can find any were. They also have some great up and coming drivers also. My fingers are tired some Iam not gonna name names lol. But just look at the results at wayne county the last few yrs, plus you got justin pino going down to FMS and spanking the 4cly mods just about every time he shows up. If the clarys regulars went to dublin or clr you would see the results the same as they are at wayne county.

So it is up to us the fans to keep showing up and supporting the track, buying concessions and byuying 50/50 tickets. Theres a old saying you never know what you have untill its gone. I will continue to do my part and maybe a few others part to insure I never have to know what we had, BECAUSE I ALREADY KNOW WHAT WE HAVE AT CLARYS.

Here is a suggestion that may help the track....

On Saturday night,
I counted 11, yes...11, people around my area of the pit stands who were NOT wearing bright green arm bands on their left wrists!
These were fans and crew members alike.
I can only imagine what this number could have been if I had walked around the pits trying to find anyone without an arm band.
*Yes, I am aware it was chilly and some were wearing long sleeves, but these 11 were definite and not that case - do not use that excuse!

Clary's should clear the pits of all early arrivers at a set time and have them pay to reenter and then make sure EVERYONE who enters after that time pay upon entry or show their arm bands!!!
*I am not stating that all who did not pay were early arrivers, that is also not the case.

I was amazed that these fans and some crew members would take advantage of the track!!!

Marcia, I think ya'll do a great job out there. I was one of them that camped out there a few times and tailgated, you were great to us. I have been to a few tracks and I am sure they wouldnt have let us camp out and carry on the way we did. As far as the track, I am not a driver, but I seen the track personal get out and work the track over during intermission. Guess all I can say is you arent gonna make everyone happy so just keep doing what you are doing out there and the fans and drivers will continue to come. Lucky13 if ya'll going out there this weekend, send me IM and I'll get up with ya'll. Cant wait to get together and have a great time again.

I was in the pits and I did not see hardly anyone without a band on their arm. Also it is not all the ones that get there early that don't pay because we get there early and we always go back to the gate and pay.I even seen small kids with the bands on there arm too.
