CUMBERLAND, Md. -- Jeremy Miller won in the most dominating fashion this season, taking the Pepsi Super Late Model race by a half of a lap on Saturday night for round one of the BedRock Shootout at The Rock, Allegany County Speedway (http://www.racefan.com/Results.asp?TrackID=1282&StoryID=184765#).
Miller began pulling away from the start after being on the outside pole of the grid and was unfazed by three cautions. He became the fourth different winner in four races this season.
Matt Sponaugle came away with the Red Roof Inn Limited Late Model win. Mike Warrenfeltz and Marcus VanMeter were back in victory lane (http://www.racefan.com/Results.asp?TrackID=1282&StoryID=184765#) in the stock classes and Jamey Swank won the 4-cylinder Junk Car race.
Miller led Chuck Harper and Gary Stuhler by a straightaway through nine laps of the 25-lap race. Stuhler was pushing Harper for second as Miller continued to increase his lead.
On lap 10, Stuhler finally was able to make the pass and a caution on lap 15 closed the gap for a restart. After the restart, Miller was still in control and Stuhler slowed on the next lap and headed for the pits.
Miller won easily over Harper. Dave Troutman was third, Wayne Johnson was fourth and D.J. Troutman made a late move for fifth. Brent Smith, Chris Harr, Charlie Schaffer, Doug Burkholder and Greg Fetters finished sixth through tenth.

Claar drove away by a half straightaway but slowed on the frontstretch completing lap 12. Sponaugle inherited the lead with Tyler Armstrong sitting in second place and Tyler Hershey, up from seventh, holding third.
With two laps left, Armstrong closed in on Sponaugle in turn one. Sponaugle kept ahead and won by two car lengths. Hershey, Matt Parks and Randy Burkholder completed the top five.
Warrenfeltz won for the third time in the 16-lap Street Stock race. He led the final three laps and finished three car lengths ahead of Bob Jay.
Jimmy Iser Jr. started on the pole and led the first five laps with Warrenfeltz on his outside for the first three laps. Daniel Cornman, John Whitfield and Jay were dicing behind Iser for position.
The race began to sort out when Cornman captured second on lap four and emerged with the lead over Iser and the others on lap five. Iser and Warrenfeltz made contact moments later, resulting in a spin by Iser.
Cornman led for seven more laps when Warrenfeltz took the lead in turn four and Jay followed to second. Cornman ended up third. Whitfield and Iser completed the top five.
VanMeter picked up his second win over Travis Stickley in the 15-lap Hobby Stock race. VanMeter grabbed the lead from Reed Stickel Jr. on lap two and won by two seconds over Stickley.
The first two starts resulted in cautions. Stickel came away with the lead on the third attempt to start the race. Shawn Wyles moved into second and VanMeter was running fourth.
