I saw on the track website that Ken Schrader and Mike Duvall are supposed to be there Saturday, but on 4m it said neither were coming. Is this an old Duane Goins trick, promising big names to boost attendance, knowing they aren't coming. I seem to remember this happening a few years ago with Bloomquist and the UDTRA series. Does anyone know who is actually planning on racing?

I talked with Ken Shrader myself and he said that he would be there with his Super Late Model! Believe me, I would never say he was going to be there if I had not heard it from Shrader myself!

On NASCAR weekends, I like to keep things low-key as far as the possibility of NASCAR drivers being in attendance...I want the NASCAR drivers to feel as if they can come and enjoy some good dirt tracking without being smothered with fans...it relaxes them to be able to be just one of us, ya know?

However, Shrader wanted to help promote and race at 311 this Saturday night and gave 311 permission to use his name...now you think about this...we could only use his name to promote if he gave persmission...311 has ADs in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Reidsville, Eden and Martinsville, not to mention the many radio stations we are advertising on.

Rule of thumb here...if you want to know the truth, just ask somebody that knows for a fact like me or Bobby! Anybody can guess!

Talked with a very reliable source that said the "Deuce" of Rambo Dennis Franklin will be in the house also.

Does that mean the Flintstone Flyer is planning on being in the house Saturday night too? Also, has anyone heard anything about Ricky Weeks, Billy Hicks, Randle Chupp, Headnocker, Jeff Cooke, Jeff Smith, etc.? And what about the Wythe gang? Damon Eller, Don O'Neal, Kenny Peeples, Tonny Parks, Travis Greer, etc.? (I know O'Neal is not a Wythe Regular, but he's driving for Damon's car owner now.) Also, I'm guessing Mr. Ray Tucker will be at Clary's. And one last thing, I wish Rambo would bring all three of his cars. I'd like to see if a crate car could keep up in the limited class. (Don't think it could.)

ray tucker was at clarys tonight for practice( hes not scared of the big dogs lol) Jeff smith is not racing this weekend, jeff cooke will be at 311, was told rambo would be there also, but also read a few mins ago that he was racing a big crate late model race in sc tomorrow night, petey ivey is also taking the weekend off. Dont have any info on hicks and weeks, which ever track gets them would be a added bonus.
