I am having trouble getting the rules page up. I have a 430 steal block with aluminum 23 degree heads and run alcohol. Is this legal for dublin or fayetteville?

At Dublin, you are not restricted to 365 cubic inches. In fact, you would be hard pressed to find a car in SLM running that small of an engine. Also, you must run racing gasoline, not alcohol. Otherwise, you only have to meet weight requirements for engine installed.
