NDRA Finals $2,500 to win at Lancaster November 14
With $2,500 on the line the National Dirt Racing Association (NDRA) competitors are geared up for the 2nd round of the NDRA Finals. The opening round ended with Hunter Peacock taking the victory and moving to the top of the points leader board. Timbo Magum finished 4th in the race and sits in second place in the NDRA points going into Lancaster on November 14. Winky McGee is 3rd, Jason Pack is 4th and Mitchell Coble is 5th in the NDRA Finals points standings going into the final NDRA points race.
The ‘Finals’ are open for any driver to compete but only NDRA members that finished in the top five in points at their weekly track or any driver that had perfect attendance on the NDRA Touring Series are eligible for the $25,000 point fund that pays the winner $10,000.
“We wanted to reward the guys that supported their home track,” said NDRA’s Larry Lee. “We have over 30 racers that are eligible for the $25,000 point fund so the ‘Finals’ should be exciting.”
The point system will be the same for the ‘Finals’ as it has been for the regular season. For the point system please visit www.ndraracing.com (http://www.ndraracing.com/)
The pit gate opens at 4:00 with grandstand gates opening at 5:00. The drivers meeting will be at 6:30 pm.
