the hole problem there is too much money i would like too see him in a late model that would be a joke he dont hold a candle to MR COOK.....u take and give him an avrg.car and then watch him...david adams himself could win with that car.any body could..put him in 45 7 77 or anybodys car he would finish back in the field...NOT A FAN OF BRIAN WREACK U KING..............................:18lol:

The modified class is not healty. You have a couple knackered mods that run last, about three that are decent running on small budget, hten the big money King mod. Either the class needs to be dropped or somehow get some Bowman-Gray mods or some Virginia mods to come down.

we went to ace the place that needs to be dirt or fill it with water and make a fish pond ill donate 100 gold fish...the mod race sucked the 4 banger race sucked the best thing with ace is some of the ladies and then u have red justices daughter ...:0022spanking:boy she is fine as cat hair................jeff young u are the man thats all i could say

Yah I'd like to see him in a late model purdy sure hed still do good. Just takes a man with good driving skills and a good setup? Comon now.. thank you give him the car and he can drive it NO matter where hes at!! Puts on a good competition at BG stadium too would love to see him show up tonight!

I wonder if 43 fan is a Petty fan or a fan of another 43 ???? LOL Personally after last nights Modified Demolition Derby I fully understand why he doesn't run BGS.

I know was that not just crazy at the stadium last night?!?!?!?! And people wondered why Tim Brown,JR. Miller,Brian King etc. didnt run there lol

Yeah, last nights race at BGS was nuts. What, only six cars finished? You have to remember that last year Brian King ended up with a car on top of his, stupidly running wide open trying to pull himself off of him, even though King's car was shedding parts under it.

BTW, was it me, or are these overfunded, underperforming Yankee mod teams that came down deliberately trying to destroy cars and screw up the Southern Mod Tour just to come out on top? Looked like it last night.

As for King at Ace, I'm not sure what he is after. Awesomely funded team destroying the locals, but I don't think he's been that active on either tour this year. Guess we'll know more come Bristol and Martinsville.

Well after the wreck FEST do u blame king for not being there... HELL I dont!! You talkin about a 50,000 car gettin tore up they were plenty last night who got tore up just due to ppl not waiting... and going wide ass open when they knew they werent going to have ROOM! And as for brian he's probably running for a championship at ACE and if I was him id definantly stay there because at least he can bring the car back in one whole piece verses going to BG and tearing his **** up...JMO

I'm with Davenport - the Whelen Southern Mod Tour race Saturday at Bowman Gray was a wreckfest, and the rest of the year at Bowman Gray hasn't been much better with everybody getting Reality Show Fever. Brian King hasn't had much luck there in the past, so why risk destroying a car if he's not running for points (and the WSMT points are being taken over by overfunded, under-talented teams from Yankee Land). If things don't get better next year, I won't be there much, if at all.

Back to Ace and Brian King - I understand the frustration of watching somebody come in and buying a track championship. Still, it's his call, and the management (or even the fans, if they want to put their money where their mouth is) have ways to slow him down. Put out a bounty, or change the rules for next year adding weight after X number of wins, or the other teams just need to continually protest him.

As far as cheating, show me one thing other than him being fast that indicates there is an issue, and I'll agree. I've not seen anything that indicates that. It's not like I've watched him attempt a burn out or donuts and his engine flutters immediately, indicating the posibility traction control (and there is a driver at Ace I suspect that of).
