HAGERSTOWN, Md. -- Weather failed to cooperate Saturday as an 80% chance of severe thunderstorms turned to 100% and moved into the area early afternoon. With more forecast throughout the evening hours forced Hagerstown officials to thrown in the towel and cancel the scheduled program, Auto Locator / Student Night.

Hagerstown returns with a double header program this week as the speedway joins the six scheduled Third Annual Keystone Cup 410 sprint events that lead into the Memorial Day weekend.

After Wednesday’s Cup opener at Grandview Speedway, Hagerstown swings into action this Thursday evening (May 21) with the second of the six scheduled events which concludes at Port Royal Speedway on Memorial Day Monday. The Hoosier Tire Mid Atlantic late model sportsman will also accompany the program with the 31-Lap Bill Bowman Special, a $1,000 to win event.

Pits will open at 4:00 p.m., grandstands at 5:00 p.m. with hot laps starting at 7:30 p.m.

Saturday evening, the Three State Flyers late models will return to Hagerstown for their second program, the 14th Annual Richard “Boney” Bonebrake Tribute. The evening’s program also includes an Ernie D’s pure stock special event plus the Enduro Dash event rained out from Saturday. Pits will open at 4:00 p.m., grandstands at 5:00 p.m. with hot laps starting at 7:00 p.m.
