THE THREE STATE FLYERS SUPER LATE MODEL SERIES RETURNS TO ACTION OVER THE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
The Three State Flyers Super Late Model Series is set to invade area speedways over the Memorial Day weekend.
Friday May 22nd at the Winchester Speedway in Winchester VA,
Saturday May 23rd at the Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown Maryland, and
Sunday May 24th at the Bedford Speedway in Bedford PA.
Each event will consist of heat races, dash, B-Main and 35 lap feature that will pay $3000 to win and $300 to start.
A total of fifty four drivers were in attendance for the first two events with Nick Dickson and Jason Covert each notching wins. “We have created a series with good purse money and keeping the drivers close to home” said series promoter Doug Timmons. “I am excited about the upcoming events” said Timmons, “there should be some good racing and a good field of cars”.
