This is quoted from our website:
"The Steel Block Bandits Limited Late Model Series will cover tracks within Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. We have developed a set of rules that will accommodate most Limited Late Models within our area. This small but powerful traveling series will deliver an exciting program with local and regional drivers alike."
Sorry. I would love to have the series down there but with the economy the way it is. The series is trying to stay within a three hour distance from Winchester. However, next year if the series takes off, we may be considering expanding.
But.......Mitch does have intentions of coming down to race at CLR in 2009. I will keep you posted.

hey it would be great t see yall at CLR, and the 3 hour limit is a good standard in todays economy, however, CLR is just ever so close to the limit and we all know the fans will be there, just recall the NOVEMBER smart series event in 2008 in the slightly COOL weather!!

Actually, it is about 4 hours give or take how fast you drive. I know we could have a great show down there but with the failing economy people are racing closer to home.

Its not totally out of the question that the sbb won't be coming to CLR (or some other places in northest NC) ... only time will tell.
