4/18: Joe Scarbrough began the 2009 season in the same fashion he ended the 2008 season, in Victory Lane. As the reigning modified champion of Langley Speedway's home division, Scarbrough and fellow Langley competitor Michael Leech looked to protect home turf from the rest of the 14-car field and succeeded.
The tour will race next on May 16th at Shenandoah Speedway in Shenandoah, Virginia.
