"We want to congratulate all the winners and racers that participated in the event this past weekend. There was some great racing and fierce battles in many classes and hopefully all the racers enjoyed the event. I want to personally thank Hurricane Raceway and their entire staff for a great facility and tremendous people to work with. The facility is one of the best facilities in the country and other track owners should come to Alma Georgia and see how put a track together like this one. We enjoyed working with everyone at Hurricane Raceway", stated Earl Pearson Jr.

The $8,000 to win Lucas Oil Shootout is scheduled for this fall in October and will include a points fund that pays $1,000 cash to the racer that earns the most points between the spring event and the fall event in the Animal Pro Class. The event location and more information will be posted soon.
