Good luck on your race day. I have no idea about the oil I have a hard enough time remembering what to put in my Lawnmower..LOL

Seriously, when I ran karts I use to run the oil recommended by the engine builder.

What is a clone engine?

its a engine that was designed to bring the costs of kart racing way down, there very popular and it was a very competitive and fun class in Connecticut, i imagine its going to be the same down here.

ic kinda like a crate engine is suppose to do for cars? I can remember spending lots of money on karts, there was a time where I was smart enough to build my own engine but I don't forgot all that now.:smiley_593:

So you made your money back?

no, but i did get 3 championships and some nice trophys and other prizes haha, thats what i dont like about karts, no payout most of time unless its a money race, which are few and far, at least thats how it was in the north.

Thanks Jim, that would be nice. As soon as I get her pedal linkage from Mr. Ward and get her health up a little ( she is feeling a little punny lately,) we are gonna be ready to go. We are gonna go to Tarheel first. Great track run by great folks and only 2.6 miles from the house-can't beat that combination LOL.
I haven't been on here much, between the hot weather and the AD on LRC, they have been running me to death, getting caught up now though. LOL:icon_whip:
