Dirt On Dirt says Earl Pearson Jr captured the $50,000 Started on the pole and won that seems to be the going trend at Charlotte.

EPJ got beat to turn 1 by Superman, then got the lead back in lap traffic lap 6 never was really challenged after that. They started to mmany cars in the A Main. Afer 5 or 6 laps it was strung out all the way around. Very few cars fell out. Lanigan was coming on fast at the end but that lap traffic was all in the way.

Great run for JD, the Rumleys and the #6 team today at The Colossal. Won heat #2, Started A-main on outside pole, finished A-main 5th.

congrats to earl on the win and to darrell lanigan on a great run back to the front after changing tire's about a quarter way through the race heats were pretty boring the feature the was better but not the normal lowes the track did a good job getting the race in and with what they had to work with as far as it being a day race but personally i don't care if i ever go to day dirt race again just so much better at night but lanigan and a few other put on a pretty good show. good run
