inline 6
stock wheels an tires (old ford wide 5 ok)
safety cage
pre 48 steel bodies (there out there, might be a cut down 4dr or a rough shell)

Thats easy to answer...Nobody wants to get sued when someone gets hurt. Be it an out of control car, drunks fighting or someone steppin in a hole or getting in the fire ants.:HSSME::no34:

mod90fan.......I agree with you! The ever escalating cost of racing drove many to the sidelines, and suit-happy lawyers and judges finished 'um off. But, I'm convinced there's a solution out there. There's always an answer, just have to find it! Wouldn't it be great to fix up one of these ghost tracks simply to host vintage 'races', meets, old timer- get-togethers, etc. etc. As this site has illustrated, there's LOTS of ghosts out there.....just waiting for a new home!

The liability issue seems to be the overwhelming concern. If that can be solved, the rest would be easy. How does hunting clubs, 4-wheeler parks, and skate board parks handle it? They would have similar liability issues.
