THIS WEEKEND'S PROGRAM HAS BEEN CANCELED
Rain on Friday and the Saturday forecast for temperatures struggling to get out of the 30’s and a mix of rain and snow by afternoon forced Hagerstown Speedway to cancel.

We have this thing in south carolina called acreage...........what that means is that we dont live on top of each other and there are many miles between counties, townships and cities for the most part.........We do get snow ,we just get our inch or two about every 5 years.......the reason I bring this up is that the beautiful sc snowscape you sent was probably about 4 to 5hrs from where I live.........I understand your confusion ,because if you drove 4 or 5 hrs from where you live you would be dangerously close to..."gulp"...the SOUTH...I have however, caught bream from my boat in the black river in the morning and been snow skiing in the appalachian mtns. about 8hrs away in the carolinas that evening........I love to visit the snow,Ive even come as far north as west virginia to play in it.......never owned a snow shovel,Ice scraper(If needed ,i use a credit card to scrape with)snow chains, sled, large bags of salt or snowblower.Ill buy all those things when I retire and move up north...........the mountains of North Carolina that is(overall one of the most scenic states in the country)
