Techman;
Number 1, understand I am only asking a question here, and at the same time trying to figure out something.
You are supporting NDRA,right.
My question is, what is the advantage of NDRA vs being a ASA sanction track.
I was wonder if you could show some light on this.
I for one don't know.

NDRA is a smaller more local sanctioning body in our area so in theory they will pay more attention to what the drivers and tracks want in our area than on a national basis like ASA or FASTRAK. And some tracks and drivers around here have had bad experiences with FASTRAK.

Asa will be good for all are classes just like it did in 08 and ndra will just be for the crate class..... Last year fms was asa and fastrak

Hey guys,

Had a lot of calls to the track saying some couldn't come to the meeting and they thought RTR was looking in the right direction. We want to work with other local tracks and the local teams, so all things concidered we feel it's in everyones best interest if RTR goes NDRA Crate santioned for 2009. Gary is also checking into having one of the NDRA Crate big events at RTR in 2009.
So the Feb. 15th meeting is canceled.............

Thanks,
Wayne

Sumter Speedway has signed on with NDRA with there first regular race April 11th paying $600,$500,$400.....

Sumter Speedway promoters Priscilla Baker and Wanda Duke have joined forces with the re-born NDRA sanctioning group, which will have a iron-clad set of rules for the Crate Late Model division. This means cars and drivers who run at Sumter may also run under the same rules at other tracks sanctioned by NDRA.

This should be a great opportunity for many cars to be built and compete at Sumter.

For info, call 803-460-5701 (if no answer leave message)
or 803-473-2075 between 8:00pm-9:00pm
