Stamey Valley Speedway

Found Stamey Valley Speedway. Go north on SC25 1.7 miles past Travels Rest Speedway. Turn left on Stamey valley Rd. Go 0.2 miles, track on left.

A guy I work with used to race there, it was called Speedway Park. They started out running cars then closed a few years and then reopened running go karts.

That guy I work with said it closed as a car track around 1976-77ish. He remembers it closing shortly after Riverside opened in 1976. He said it reopened as a gokart track around the mid 1980's. I remember going to it around the early 1990's.
