The newly formed Panhandle Region of the FASTRAK Racing Series will begin
in 2009. Billy Hoovers Southern Raceway in Milton FL and Devon Jones of Northwest Florida Speedway in Blackman FL have both joined forces along with FASTRAK for 2009.
Competitors at both tracks will have a great opportunity to challege teams from across the country for the City Chevrolet $10,000 to win National Weekly Championship as the compete with teams from across the country for the NATIONAL CHAMPION. Northwest Florida Speedway running on Friday nights and Southern on Saturday nights will give teams the perfect opportunity to challenge for the National title.
The series and both tracks are currently working on touring events which will include a $2600 to win on Friday at Northwest Florida Speedway then teams will move on to Southern Raceway Saturday for $4400 to win allowing teams two opportunities to score a possible $7000 pay day.
A event later in the year November 19th-21st "Winternationals", after the FASTRAK Grand Nationals are over, will be hosted at Southern Raceway for a whopping $10,000 to win which will be the last event of the FASTRAK series in 2009.
