Due the impending bad weather predicted for this weekend at Fork Mountain, the S.M.A.R.T. series has decided to cancel this race. A rain date was not available.

The series will, however, have plans to schedule a date in the spring at Fork Mountain.

What a bummer......I among many other locals were excited there was gonna be at least 1 real race there this year......oh well at least South Boston is running the big Late Model and Super Late Model show there this weekend.......I'll have to driver a lil farther.....but at least I'll get my racing fix.

good move on the part of the series. guys coming from far away with a good chance of rain.

hate to see it canceled,..a ran date woulda been great,..sunday sposed to be a real nice day,..wish racein would come this way........

The cars that show up will be racing Sunday is what FMR's PR person has posted dirtywhiteboy.

Support classes may be running on Sunday but the S.M.A.R.T. series will not be racing at all.

Guess I should have said the other Late Models that show up......didn't mean to imply the Smart Series.
