The Late Model feature started with Allen Brannon jumping to the early lead over polesitter Andy Fries. Allen Brannon opened up anearly lead, with 10 th starting Bo Feathers working his way through traffic.
Bo moved into second around the halfway point, and then the race changed. Allen Brannon was working to lap past Lewis Hudson when the two got together, that was the end of the race at that point as Bo Feathers flashed into the lead. Brannon quickly recovered and held onto second, but was unable to reestablish a run for the lead.
Feathers sixth late model fe ature win of the season at Winchester, as the feature was completed without a caution flag. Andy Fries finished third, with Jamie Lathroum and Johnathan DeHaven rounding out the top five. It was pretty much a 25-lap, $1,500 to win race but was used for most as a test session for the upcoming Winchester 200.
