Maybe it's been posted before but I think it's time to dust off the old question again - Which do you like better, the "Traditional Points Champion" system of the "Chase Points Champion" system or, just don't give a hoot.

i say make it back like it was where u had 2 earn da championship n not be 12th with 10 races left n able 2 win dats screwed up as much as i dont like kyle busch he shouldve won it this yr n it bs if he dont like it or not jmo

my opinion is if they gonna have only top 12 racing for champ they should have their own points setup also not using all the points of a race mabe 5 bonus for leading and most laps led but only 1 point diff on positions so they only lose 43 if they finish last i liked they way it used to be so you never know who is gonna get it up till the last race when kulwiki won it it came down to the very last lap with davey leading it when they started

It's like when Tony Stewart was in 12th place the other year and did so well in the last 10 races he could have won the championship IF HE WAS IN THE CHASE!!!!!!!

Looks like the traditional points beats the chase by 3-1. Now only if Brian France would pull his head out his clam shell he might see that.
