LINCOLNTON, N.C. -- Industrial Solutions and Supply of Marion, SC have put up an extra $100 to the driver who sets fast time during Mega Plumbing of the Carolina's Qualifying at this weekends Third Annual Carolina Clash 'Bash'. Along with the $100 offered each week by Mega Plumbing of the Carolina's one driver can now walk away with $9,200 for their efforts on Saturday night October 4th at Fayetteville Motor Speedway.

Also on tap for Saturday will be a catered lunch for all Carolina Clash teams in attendance. The luncheon will take place at 4:30 and is sponsored by Performance Tee's. "We wanted to do something to say thanks for a great season," said Performance Tee's owner Steve Knight. On Friday night Fayetteville Motor Speedway will play host to a $2,500 to win 25 lap Crazy 8 Super Late Model event. Saturday's main event will be 60 laps and pay $9,000 to the winner. Jeff Smith has won both previous runnings of the 'Carolina Clash Bash'. Last season the Dallas, NC resident started shotgun on the field before collecting the $8,000 win.

The format for the $9,000 to win main event will be the same as last season. All cars will qualify. The top six qualifiers will be locked into the feature. They will then draw a pill to determine their starting position (1-6). The remainder of the field will be set through a series of heat races.
