Sumter Speedway 2005 Kelly was running sportsman. Longest weekend of my racing life. I will tell the story sometime tonight.:lol:

Should have waited until I got home to see the picture. I knew Kelly had raced at Modoc and Sumter. I remember one time looking at some pictures from East Alabama Speedway, and going is that Kelly Moore. Sure enough, it was! That's back when he was still racing that bad ass Camaro in the Super Street class. I don't remember how many races he won at County Line that year.

you sure about 2005 i know he won in 04 didnt in 05 they had the first lap crash with marlowe caples david taylor and some of bodine massengails but also in 04 tucker didnt make the main and it was my last dirt race in 04 when i got sick we made the main event i think they were 42 or 43 slm's there

Pretty sure it was 05 I will double check. The year I was there was very limited car count only 24-26 of em SLM. The year of this picture it rained out on sat and they ran the feature on Sunday. Part of my long story was I couldn't make it back from the motel at South of the boarder because of car trouble, was stranded until Monday morning.

i checked back the 05 race was ran on saturday night jeff smith won caples was scored last kelly moore was scored 9 or 10th in the slm race 06 was won by ed gibbons 04 was won by caples rained out and was ran on sunday i used terrys cover and water got in my motor where the cover was pulled over the air cleaner stud we missed practice and time trials and made the race through the heats and one of the two b mains we were in the same b main as ray i dont remember ray being there in 05 04 had 43 cars 05 had 25 or 26
