Before anyone takes this for more than what it is let me just tell everyone where this is going. My cousin (Jim Holt) has purchased a Limited Late Model to run at 311 on Sat. nights. I'm gonna help him with the car and possibly drive it some when he has to work. He is gonna run 311 ONLY! If he does come to Oak Level it will be on his own and I will not be helping with the car. My Friday nights are dedicated to Oak Level and all racers and fans. And hey Henry, tell Adam to take it easy on me it's been a few years since I've been in a car but it'll still be fun rubbin sheet metal with ya!

Well, I'll tell you all that I've been working with Ray this year and I've been very impressed! He and I are on the same page with the way we think and do things. Ray is a key figure on what will help OLR be the best it has ever been. Our official meeting went very well today and there have been some changes for the Late Models...Ray will be emailing me with the updates and I'll update the website and send out an E-News announcing the change.

Also, I am very upbeat about the Officials we have in place and how everybody is charged up to enforce and have fun. We're gonna take OLR to a level it has never been...Ray, Merlin and the rest of the Official Robertson Posse lol is ready to rock and roll!

But on a personally note...I'm very honered to be working with you all this year. I'm so excited about the 06 season I just can barely wait to get it all started. OLR will do it's part and I know how awesome all you teams are...I can honestly say that OLR will have the best racing around. So for all the support and for all the wonderful comments on OLR and it's staff...THANK YOU!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! IT MEANS ALOT TO US ALL!

There has been more changes to the Late Model rules at OLR other than allowing grooving for 5 weeks...such as weight breaks and such for the type of motor you run...however, the rules will be updated soon...
