1/3 + 1/6x - 2 = 2/3x + 1/2 First get a common denominator
2/6 + 1/6x - 12/6 = 4/6x + 3/6 Then combine like terms
-10/6 + 1/6x = 4/6x + 3/6 Get like terms on the same side of the equations
-13/6 = 3/6x Then multiply times the reciprical to get the x by itself
and the answer is -78/18 = x
which reduces to -13/3

anyone got a 13/3 socket? If it's a new tool, gotta get me one-anyway, guess I shouldn't have quit school-they told me 2+2=4, and I was cool with that, but then they changed their mind and tried to tell me that 3+1=4. That didn't make any sense, so I quit. :smiley_691:
