:icon_agreed: but the thing about it is man u can get someone with money but then u take the chance of gettin someone who would sell it if the money was right Wayne County would need a diehard someone who would be there every weekend and preparing JC when he had Clarys was an example of what im talking about he wasnt just a driver he was the Water Truck driver,Grader driver, hotdog runner, and the list goes on

I really hate to see it go. Were losing tracks left and right man. In the past 5 years we've lost schloss, kings and wayne county. It breaks my heart

The only way I would lease it would be if the current owner had no say so what soever and I had the option to buy it after my lease was up. If someone were to lease it and bring it back to the top of it's game then they might loose it all if Eddie decides to take it back over the following year. Would be a shame to see someone work hard at getting it running again then loose it all.

Nice to see someone is along my lines of thinking. That's my worry. If someone take the reigns at Wayne County, and does things like the should and gets a crowd back out there, the first thing the evil empire would do would jump in and mess things up again. Plain and simple, the evil empire doesn't want anyone to lease the track.

HAS ANYONE ASKED THE MAN WHO OWNES IT DIRECTLY ( FACE TO FACE) WHAT HE WANTS FOR IT. FORGET THE LEASE JUST BUY IT AND LEAVE OUT THE (EVIL EMPIRE). BECUASE YOU KNOW IF IT OPENS THEY WILL COME. I ALSO KNOW THAT THIS IS EASIER SAID THATN DONE. (ALOT OF $) BUT EVERYONE I TALK TO LOVES THE PLACE (NEVER BEEN THERE) AND WANTS IT BACK. SO IF SOMEONE DOES TAKE IT OVER THEY WILL GET SUPPORT. JUST HOW MUCH AND FOR HOW LONG (TRACK STAFF) IS THE QUESTION. IF THERE IS NO STAFF YOU HAVE NO TRACK. THERES ALOT OF CATCH 22s WITH THE BIG PICTURE . MAYBE ONE DAY IT CAN BE WORKED OUT.
