The 8 spins in 3 and 4 and the 30 spins in 1 and 2 and they put the 8 back in his 2nd place spot.???? Then later, the flagman stops them on the front stretch and the 88 hits the 24 and cuts a tire and they send the 24 to the back. And from the stands it sounded like the flagman said that was just bad luck...it looked like bad flagging to me. Since you stopped them, you caused the bad luck. You could have at least put the 24 back in front and let them race it out. If I were the 24's parents, I would find another track to race at. Sometimes you can beat the cars but you will never beat the track and their family/favorites.

The caution was already out before the #8 spun, so he got his position back. The #24 was sent to the rear because he went to the pits to change a flat tire.

The #24 didn't have a flat tire until the flag man decided to stop them on the front straight away and the 88 car came and hit him in the side while Joshua was sitting there. That caused the flat tire. Im NOT saying that the 88 did it on purpose. But it was something that should not have happened. And the track officials penalized Joshua. Call it racing or whatever, but it seems like something happens in this class every week.

If you want to continue to run , we will. If not we can do away with this class. Things happen every week in every class. Nothing about a race is perfect. Track officials have no way of controlling what other race cars do on the track. The #24 was not penalized by the track , if you go to the pits , you go to the rear. That is the case for any car in any class.

this class was one of the better classes to watch, to see how they have grown and learned to race. I have enjoyed it

I would hate to see you do away with this class. There has been some really good racing in this class. But that is your decision. Joshua really enjoys racing the car and Im sure the other kids do to. But after everything that has happen to him in this class the last several weeks, it is just getting kinda frustrating to me and him. So from now on, I will tell him to start racing them, like they race you. I will just let it go and we will just take the seat time..........Thanks for giving the kids a place to race.

the cadet class is a good class and has some great racing as it did last night. i dont know what the guy in the #88 was thinking when he drove in the side of joshua. i do know however that it was his first time ever on the track. i do think that the drivers need to pay more attention to whats going on at times. i know i can be down on the track trying to line them up and they just ride by without even slowing down which gets very frustrating. all i ask is if you see a track official on the track PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE slow down and we will have a lot less problems

I believe thr track is doing a good thing to let the young kids race in the Cadet class. The one thing i have noticed as a spectator is a lot of favoritism in this class.I did't see the other car spend but did see the #8.I thought the rules were if you spun out you went to the rear. The 24 did go in & change a tire & was put in the rear. This class is supposed to help the kids learn the correct way to race.I'm not so sure that CLR is sending this out to all the kids.I had thought about putting a young driver in this class but the more i watch this class, the less i think an outsider has a chance. It is hard to beat the cars & fag any where you race at.But no matter what form of racing or at what track there is always going to be favortistim. So good luck to the cadets & as Stockracer said you just need to ride and get seat time.Expect the worst & hope for the best.JMO:YesNo:

i have been watching this delightful class grow and what i see taking place in the cadet class is the mere fact that the these young people are maturing. Last season there were primarily 8 and 43, now the 24, 7 and 88 have entered the picture and can win. CLR, drivers, fans and sponsors are to be commended for providing/supporting the cadet class along with the other divisions.
the CLR racing family is one unique bunch of dedicated folks.
we have may have our concerns and issues from time to time as a member of the racing communinty.
to the staff of CLR keep up the GREAT job.

This is a great class to see run to me. I didn't see what happened with the 88 but I was told that it was his first time on the track. I hate that happened to yall David. But great show by every driver in the class.
Ps.
thanks for telling me I had a flat Wes.

Hats off to all of the Cadets old and new. I think its easy as fans to be critical of how they drive and handle the cars but we need to understand that they are still kids and don't have behide the wheel experiance when they first start driving these cars. I don't know why #88 hit the #24 car but i do know that he apologed to the #24.
