LOL, Dixieland motors are VERY limited!
Thats why you don't see many dixieland cars at others tracks.

If I put a 4bbl on my Dixieland motor, I'd still be about 100hp down to good motors at CLR or Clarys. (LLMs)

I wouldn't let a little thing like that keep from trying Clarys out:VeryHappy:. Brian has run good at Clarys before. I would like to see him try the llm one night.

Yeah, Brian does well anywhere he goes......and yes, he changes motors.
(But I bet he doesn't go back to CLR without some softer tires!)

I'll probably come to Clarys, later this year.
I'm thinking ,when our season ends,(and It's cooler) I'll get some tires, and make the trip.
Do you think Lou will give me some Rayburn tips? LOL

It might be interesting if Dixieland would loosen up their Allstars Rules to match CLR and Clarys LLM rules. Those tracks both run on Saturday nights and it might help the All Star's car counts.

It does sound very limited. It would be nice for another track to have the same rules as others. But the next time i head to the beach i'll stop by and watch some racing!!

I wish they would. We(Corbitt Motorsports) were talking about bringing our LLM and our 2 Thunder and Lightning cars August 1st.But too big of a difference in rules, mainly motors. We would love to come try it out though. Maybe next year if the rules at Dixieland change.

As Dr. Phil says, theres to sides to that, and I don't care how thin you slice it.
#1 you guys want race down there but your just not within the rules so you can't race there, but heres the other side of the coin, look at Dixieland's side they got there rules and all the racers down would have to go out send more money to change there cars for 3 or 4 cars that do not race there every weekend.
