Last night as we were leaving the track a young man who was carrying a baby to his car was sideswiped by some jerk on the way out. Would anyone who may have witnessed this please PM me. Thank-you

this is totally outrageous.i know the feeling in the situation, cause many years ago my team was accused of it yet there was a car with same # but we had already been parked for 45min.they talked to other driver don't know what came of it.YET THIS PAST SATURADAY NITE TRYING TO LEAVE TRACK TO GET BACKUP CAR PEOPLE WOULDN'T GET OUT OF MIDDLE OF ROAD.TEAMS ARE THERE TO PUT SHOW ON AND WORK VERY HARD ALSO NITES WHERE AMBULANCE TRY TO GET THRU LIKE THEY ACT GET OUT OF THERE WAY PEOPLE WALKING AROUND TRACK NEED TO PAY ATTENTION AT ALL TIMES CAUSE WITH THESE YOUNG STREET DRIVERS TODAY AND THIER QUIET LITTLE CARS OR WHATEVER ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN WITH IMPATIENCE STREET CAR DRIVER.PEOPLE NEED TO STAY TO THE SIDES OF TRACK ROADS AND STAY ALERT.I'M NOT PICKING ON THIS POSTER JUST TYING TO GET MESSAGES TO ALL WALKING AT ALL RACETRACKS.I PRAY FOR MAN AND BABY ARE THEY OK? Thats really a shame they didn't stop. I heard something today about someone driving crazy in the parking lot almost hitting someone but wasn't aware anything like that happened last night. Does anyone know how the man and baby are doing?

:blue18:my uncle knows alot of people at the track he told me one of the young guns matter of fact the one who hit the tire in 4 and was airborne but landed back on all 4 tires not placeing blame but could it be possible. I made a call and was told the same thing:blue18:

It's pretty sad when people try to blame the innocent ones for someone who should definitely know better.And no they did not stop to see if everyone was ok. But that definitely makes up my mind about that track.Pretty sad.

Ladyracer29 are you saying the young guns driver possibly hit someone when he flipped after hitting tire in turn 4?? I thought there was a fence over there. And the original post by dtr6901 said the man carrying a baby was hit last night. Maybe there were 2 different incidents that happened. Who knows I just hope everyone involved is okay and people do pay more attention when walking around cars leaving or even while they're racing for that matter. I see too many people standing too close to the track at turns 1 and 2 and a car could come thru there at anytime.

Cali kid's exactly right, but he's a LLM and SLM driver..and yeah you've got the right name. This one happend after the race sunday. It was a old red isuzu trooper, he came flying thru the access road and passed a car right next to where us, ricky weeks(furman partons), and jeff's haulers were..he barely got back on the road in time to miss furmans hauler and kept getting it. he also hit a vehicle in the parking lot and didn't stop. Everybody we talked to said he was drunk. When the law was filling out all the "paper work" to put out an arrest warrant they found out there was another warrant out for him already. Deffiently hope the law gets that taken care of quickly.

Was the person hit sideswiped by the truck or a trailer behind the truck? If they were hit by a trailer maybe the person didn't know they hit someone.

I pray that all the parties that were hit are OK. At the same time I hope all that are naming names, have proof or they are willing to testify in court. Cause if it wasn't the said person named, I would be willing to bet that a summons could appear in your mail. Just a thought:40vw:

:blue15::16Evil: JMO-I think ALL the tracks should come together and ban him from ALL the tracks it may give him a wake up call and I know it would keep our drivers and fans safer and aren't the fans the most important we pay the money to keep the tracks open.and another one of JMO if the tracks don't do something maybe WE ALL,drivers,fans and all of us members should make a stand and come together and go on strike no it won't be fun but it could help we could show up at the tracks and if they are still letting him race then we ALL refuse to pay and go home or sit outside the track and listen just a thought what is yalls opinon on my idea?:YesNo:
