I agree with you REB, but the truth of it is you can't get a straight answer from that guy. He will tell you one thing and then turn around and swear he never said it.

thats right u cant get the truth out of noboby. someone will say something then someone else will say something different. so i really think nobody really knows whats going on at 311.
