what's really going on

i heard today that the track will be closed for good until someone buys it or start to run it. whats up with the track. does anybody know........

The only one that truly knows "what's going on" is the one that holds the key to the fort. It's highly likely that even they don't know "what's going on" because they're in a decision making phase. They probably haven't made a firm commitment either way... and when they do, until they lose the key to the fort, they can easily change their mind.

From what I understand from a pretty good sourse is that Bobby has some serious heart problems and his heart is operating at about 50%.
Don't take it for fact, but he called somebody I know and told them the Dr. told him to get out of the racetrack workings that the stress would do him in.

I think it's safe to say that no one truly wishes bad health for anyone else. Owning a racetrack is a business, and like wth any other business, health issues can create a problem. In order for your business to continue, sometimes other arrangments have to be made. He might consider seeling it or in my opinion the smartest option may be for him to step back and let somebody else manage and promote the place.

Hate to see another dirt track close, but the most important issue at hand is his health issues, I pray that he gets well and everything works out for him
