Dawg, i know i'm gonna get bashed for this, but i hear bobby's gonna give it up in 2 weeks. say's his doctor has told him to get out of it cause of health problems. i heard this from bobby with my own ears last tues. from his own mouth but i was not the one talking to him. it may be bull chit but there it is. just thought the DAWG would want to know.

Maybe he will maybe he won't. But you know just from someone who makes 3-4 trips up there a year. The last couple of years before Bobby, I didnt think thing were all that great either. Actually I thought they were better lately, so always remmeber be careful what you ask for. Also for all those have done nothing but dog the man, I hope when he is gone you all support the new folks everyweek. But you know what I dont think that will happen either. Some people just have to complain.:rant:

Like i told u before, U CAN BULLCHIT THE TOURIST,WE LIVE AROUND HERE! JH u are right but i can't help but dog the man. he ran me and others away from a place we spent over half of our lives at and u rattle a dogs cage your gonna some kinda response and it might not be something u want to see or hear. the bitchin and complaining is the main thing that made Jerry Friddle sell. he told me he couldn't even go out to eat and spend some time with his wife without somebody coming up and complaining about something. to me,he did more for the place than anybody and alot of em were still not happy. don't be surprised if he happens to show back up runnin the place. :DevilAngel:

been tryin' to stay out of it.........but dirtmover hit it right on the head.........i aint been there in over a year now......to race for sure or even watch!!!!!!!!

You can't make everyone happy. You can't change who they are.You call it as you see it, sometimes they are wrong but that is their problem.

It's like I said over and over again and again.. He did try for the supers as for the
weekly racers, tuff luck, changing rules every 7 or 8 races, not fixing the track, running
all his help off, cancelling races for no reasons. (I'm not talking about this year)
supers may be where the show is, but when you run your locals off
and your fan base what have you got. remember Log cabin. everything was great
untill he had that big show up there paying all that $$ out got such a big crowd, got
the big head, started crapping on all the locals, didn't care about the local racers
or fans any more just the big shows,, closed him down. same thing here. I know
racers, friends raced at 311 for years. He either ran them off or they quit racing because
of things he did....I got a motto, show me hate once I'll ignore it, show me twiced
I may ignore it, and move on. show it three times you'll get hate back. Come here
live here talk to racers, locals not just super car teams., Then you'll be on the same page.
I wish him luck hope he gets healthy, and 311 thrives once again whether he runs it or any
one else....gotta dream... everyone who wants to drive a race car, in a car, and all their
friends and faimily in the stands every week yelling at the top of there lungs, and all
track owners and promoters seeing some profit for their hard work and love of the sport...
been around a long time, seen things, done things, am I wrong here.

Answering machine at the track says yes. I have tried to get in touch with them but no-one is answering any of the calls.

It's kind of sad in away. If Bobby would put more trust in people and let them do their jobs rather than trying to do it all himself he might not have these medical conditions. Maybe this will be a wake up call for him.Regardless of what anyone thinks of him I will keep him in my prayers for a speedy recovery and hope that 311 continues to prosper in these hard economic times.
