June 14th Meet N Greet - Change of events!!!!

Due to lack of donations and participation, we are canceling the cookout portion of the Meet N Greet. The staff of LRC will still be out at CLR having raffles, give aways and meeting all of you that stop by. We plan on a time of 3-5 and hope to see all of you stop by. I apologize about having to cancel the cookout, but as I said, lack of donations and participation has given me no other choice.

LRC is not a For Profit website nor can we afford to pay for this out of our own personal pockets. Maybe later in the year, we can consider doing another Meet N Greet complete with a cookout should we get enough participation.

Again, I'm sorry and look forward to seeing all of you next Saturday from 3-5.

It would be great if you could get some ice. So far, I've only got 2 coolers. Let me know how you want to raffle off the bikes. I was thinking start the raffles around 4:30 or so. Just let me know if you want to make it a "must be present to win" raffle. We could gather everyone to the tent around 4:15, start the raffles at 4:30. Sound like a plan?

I usually bring my backup printer, power inverter, and photo paper (I usually carry that around with me anyway) so I can print out pics during the meet and greet if people want them. I haven't been on much lately so I don't know what happened with that idea.

If you want to do that Kevin, that is fine. We will be set up from 3-5 (I'll be there around 2-2:30) but we had to cancel the other festivities due to lack of donations and participation.
