3 cars totaled but drivers are OK

I thought I would give everyone an update about the bad accident that happened at Winchester Saturday night.

Mitch is fine with minor bruising and working right now on putting together a new car.

Shane Coffey is fine with just a bruising and a large lump on the top of one of his feet.

Brad Omps is fine and doing much better than expected since he just recently went through back surgery.

Thank you, God, for keeping our racers safe!

"And then following a caution, what could only be called as Winchester's version of the Talladega “Big One” occurred when contact between Kris Eaton and Shane Coffey saw Coffey spin, Brad Omps would collide hard with the Coffey machine and get airborne, also taken out in this accident was Mitch Miller."

Going into turn 1 Kris Eaton got up under the 24 of Shane Coffey. This caused him to spin and Brad Omps (5) collided hard with him causing Omps to flip a couple of times. Mitch was up along the rail with no where to go ending up slamming on the brakes hard but still t-boned Coffey in the drivers side. It was not a pretty sight!
