congrats to Chris on his third place win.

Sorry not trying to be rude, but we only have one winner at Clary's :19mauer:

So congrats Chris on a strong excellent 3rd place run. :icon_beerchug:

I really just mess-in but I have been waiting for 3 years to get that off my chest. There is only one winner, now several can have good runs or do an excellent job, deserve a shout out, pat on the back what ever, but there is only one winner. :DontKnow:

I was surprised to only see a couple Lates from CLR show, thought it would be more. The ones that did looked real good out there. Maybe a couple more will follow next time. Congrats to Victor, and Ronnie was FLYING! Hate to say it, cuz the 02 has a fast car, but before the race ever stared I told my dad it was gonna happen...and well it did. Maybe next time things will go a little smoother for those 3(02-36-01) guys and they can put on a show for the win, all three were fast in practice. Also hated to see Dillon make the trip up and break before the race, maybe he'll be back sometime this season with a lil more luck. Thanks for coming up and running guys, the place was packed, stands and pits. Glad to see the 2 tracks working like that, I know I enjoy going to both of em.

glad I was the one you got it off your chest with since I do not go to Clarys very often I guess the chest getting off was not personal.

I will have to disagree with John. I think they are all winners. There may only be one first place position. However every driver that goes out and drives their best is a winner to their fans.

Thank you that is the way I look at it to but I guess the rest are not important to some people.

Each and every driver is important, but John is correct there is only one winner and that is the guy who crosses the line under the checkerd first.....they may drive like winners, but only one person or team can win....that's the reason for competition to determine a winner.......JC told me years ago when I told him he did good getting a second place finish that yeah he did good but he was the first looser.......
but I am very happy to see Chris have a good finish!

why is so much being made of this one comment. Is this not a place to post comments. so I used the wrong choice of words, can I get off with good behavior?

all I was doing was clarifying the word winner and saying that each and every driver is important, I don't care if they finish dead last every week, personally I appreciate them all, (as does John).......and yeah we'll let you off on the good behavior thing.....LOL

I think JH was more sarcastic then anything, nothing against you or the guys that didn't win. Glad they made the trip, and I hope they do it again.

WOW I was only half joking :13Confused: It diffantly was nothing personal and not intended that way towards any person or driver. But it is sports and while every car or team is important, apprecitated and respected there is yet only one winner at the end of the night. Doesnt mean that more than one person cant do an excellent job, only one can be refered to as the winner.

Winner can be used in the context of an accomplishment or a character trait. I know of lots of winners. But in the form of WIN in a sporting event there can only be one. That theory or philosophy is not intended to degrade or take way any competiors importance.

So true, I only wanted to say congrats to the guy I do not even know him. I just know he races at County Line and that is where I mostly go when I go. My husband and son are the racers in this family. But thanks for not chopping me into pieces for speaking a wrong term.:wings_O_o:
