Due to the inclement weather and the forecast for severe thunderstorms this afternoon and this evening, tonight's race has been cancelled!

Are you serious! The forecast for is partly sunny for the rest of the day and then partly cloudy tonight. I guess my shot at a bonus goes out the window lol. I have to go to school at FT Jackson for the next 3 months. I won't be racing on Fridays unless its a four day weekend. I will see you at HDS.

DMS has always been quick to call a race, but with fuel being so high I guess teams they may have wanted to travel tonight are saying thank you for calling it early.

yeh it coudl go both ways i think its gonn aturn out to be a pretty nice day..but you never know the weather could change in a second...

idk the radar looks great right now but they said may be some thunder storms to pop up in the afternoon. o well guess it dont really matter now what it does since it has already been canceled but i think DMS may be a lil gun shy now bc of there turnouts and decide to go ahead and cut the lights out for a cpl weeks and regroup...

I know they thought I was going to get the extra 150 tonight. Thats why they cancelled. :smiley_374: But seriously the sun is shinning at my house and i'm ready to load the car if they change their minds.
