What do you think is the most competitive, well built dirt late model chassis on the market?

I guess it does not matter, as long as you got a good motor, and you understand the basics of how the chassis works, you should be able to win with any chassis out there. You can always have the best motor and chassis out there, but if you can not make it turn and hook, you lose.

I feel it all depends on what size track you run.Look at the Rayburn cars on the 3/8 size tracks then look at the Rockets and some of the other chassis on the longer tracks. As far the motor goes most all top teams all have super motors, you just got to hook that horse power to the track. The other thing is that once a team signs on with a chassis builder they cannot change from track to track,so that makes it hard to figure out just which is best.

We know now(after the FL. trip this pass Feb.) a DIRTEK isn't the answer for awhile anyway!!!

I WOULD SAY BY THE RESULTS OF THIS SEASON THAT IF ONE COULD GET THEIR HANDS ON ONE, IT WOULD BE A BLOOMQUIST CHASSS(lol).

That is based on MONEY WON and not RACES WON.

That's a little more like a trick question.

Some chassis just perform better in certain area's of the country.

Maybe one year at Volusha Fla, the Rockets will take all the money. The next year it might be Mastersbuilt.

Where as when you get into North Carolina and Tenn - them Barry Wrights are hard to beat. My buddy RAMBO drives one of them as good as anybody.

You cannot compare a local driver to one of them World Of Outlaws guys because they really do have the best of everything in their racecars.

Problem is that a weekly Saturday night racer cannot compete against them guys and expect to win when you have the Ace, King and Queen against ya.

If you measure their cars and you measure your car - there might be as much as 6 inches difference between what is legal and what they are running. You turn in too fast a lap time in Qualifying and the track just might be measuring your nose and your spoiler. Where as theirs is twice as big as yours and they never hear a word.

Along with the fact that they don't like to be beat by Joe Blow with some old jalopy. You beat them more than once and you are going to get tore up and that is a fact. Them boy's race for a living and when you beat them - you are taking food off their table. That don't sit well with some of them people.

Not to mention special built tires - provided by the tire manufacturer just for them and traction control.
