Why was this allowed?

Why was the C4 car of Mitchell Coble allowed to break check the field everytime he restarted.....This caused several of the cautions and torn up race cars by bunching the cars up and everyone trying to get in line before they made it into turn one....I understand this kid is just learning but that isnt a very good habit to start out with.... and radios are being allowed for safety...but this is the exact reason they get taken away at some tracks...he better be glad the guys behind him were nice enough not to put him into that concrete wall.....alot of cars torn up because of this....

Outcast, I am pretty sure the brake checking that you noticed was not actually a brake check at all. The track decided to go green at the last minute and no one was prepared to restart. If you raced you would know that you can't just decide to take off like that. the c4 was clearing his carburetor out at the time. I also talked to the driver of the 21 and he did not complain about any brake checks the only thing he had to say was that all the cars bunching up caused his LR quarter to get folded into his tire by the car behind him.
