What current sportsman drivers are planning to switch to the limited class? Would a current sportsman be competitive in the new class?

hope this limited late model class does well and i am sure the regular sportsman will give the late model cars a good run. when is the purse pay out going to be released and the entry fee.

From what i hear of cars that are planning on running that class the Sportsman cars will have a tough time. Any late model that runs under CLR rules can run the new class at Clarys. That means James Batten, Ronnie Boykin, Spencer Liggon, Britches,etc can run the Limited class at Clarys. So its not a true Limited Latemodel class.It should be an interesting race,i will be there to see it!!

We had 3 LM's from CLR tonight Chris Klein, Larry Dunn and Dustin Mitchell. Dustin quailfied 4th, but had some early trouble but still a good run. We only had two sportsman tonight so they had to run with the SLM. Great job by Trevor Peoples and Dan Blaylock. Actually Dan started 9th, so I dont look for the K99 to be outmatched. Also had one limted from Dublin, Charles Hanson sr. Want to think all those guys for the support and hope we get it on the 24th. It is shaping up to be a good race.

CLR is closed on the 24th so maybe more cars will make it up that way to support Clarys....I am gonna head up that way that night!

Gotta say hats off to Dustin for coming up, Started great, and looked strong. Should be tough if he comes back to run the Steel Heads or Limiteds or whatever the class is lol. Also expect to see Dan up front week in and week out after the way he ran last night.

Thats good for two reason. Love to have Charles out there every week and second we dont have to worry about you having a ride.

ok, gotcha......he knows the time and we know he is never on time, drivers meeting at 5:30, Charlie will be there by 6 which is normal time anyway......moving it up assures Charlie will be on time for the usual time....LMAO
