noel tucker took the crate win over chris cheek i think tony hicks was 3rd great crowd good to see the dirt back at friendship and glad to see the rain hold off .

the crate was over at 9:20 and i left after the super street with oniy the ucars to go and it was 10:15 great to get out of race track before 1 in the morning or even worse like friday night at the clash race at cleveland county speedway wont make that mistake anymore.

Hey Candy, did'nt mean to leave brandon by his lonesome, I went up top to see some friends during intermission and did'nt make it back before the feature started.

you shoulda stayed and watched the ss race stamper was last on the track
moss spun him coming outa 4...... 20 crates I believe.....track musta been
slick cars couldn't hold. crates qualified 18.6 or there abouts,, but at the end
I got Noel around 17.5 or so....and walking the dogs on the feild.
I don't think the goodyears like that dirt...maybe once it get worked in..
superstreets were running in the fast 19 sec range.

to Brown for a impressive fin. and durn that 5 just barely tapped
the spun pinto. and tore his car up, so he couldn't race...I scratched
my head on that one. Glad to see the D I R T again.....Hope to catch
the 1st Super race.......should be a real good one....

had some asphalters next to me over on the back stretch kept making smarta$$ comments that they thought dirt late models were faster than that and finally i had to explained to them that this wasn't the top of the line of late models that they needed to see the supers about 200 more horsepower than there precious modifieds i wonder if they even noticed that the cars were running all over the track high low middle and not just on the very bottom of the track following the leader i guess real racing doesn't matter to them they just come out to complain about something.

All in all I think last night went great, considering it was the first race. We still have some stuff to do to the Brinkmans tire #4 car, but we shoul be faster next week.
