I think yall are all wrong. Billy Moyer is on the biggest streak of his Career. The man has won 5 WoO Events in a row. And the man also killed em' at Speedweeks in Florida. He is the hot man this year, kinda like Jimmy Owens was last year. If the man comes with his best equipment and keeps it all good. Which Lowes is known to eat a few racecars up. Then he will be awesome. But just watch the 21 of Billy Moyer.

you are right if he stays on the streak that he is on but Billy has never ran good at LOWES and Bloomer is the master there when they run 100 laps but bloomer may not win it but a Bloomer race car will though

You have a point with the Bloomquist Racecars. They are known to be strong at Lowes all the time. Like you hear about C.J. Rayburn Racecars being the best car for a rough racetrack. Its a Toss up. I think if you start in the top 8 you have the best chance of winning, less chance of tearing things up. So when it comes to race day and i see the top 8. Ill figure out who will win.
