NASCAR TECHNICAL INSTITUTE TRAVELS TO LANCASTER SPEEDWAY FOR THE OPENER OF THE CAROLINA CLASH
NTI PR
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (March 10, 2008) -- The NASCAR Technical Institute (NASCAR Tech) will travel to Lancaster Speedway on March 15th to take part in the Carolina Clash Super Dirt Late Model Race.
NASCAR Tech, a subsidiary of Universal Technical Institute, Inc., a national leading provider of technical education training, is located in Mooresville, NC.
“Bad weather last weekend has led to this being the season opener for the Carolina Clash, so we expect large car counts and a packed grandstand. We are thrilled to be a small part of this event,” says NASCAR Tech business development manager Trent Brown.
NASCAR Tech will have a booth set up with information available about the school as well as giveaways and a raffle for the race fans. Anyone who is looking for a career in the automotive or motorsports industry is encouraged to stop by the booth and talk to NASCAR Tech representatives. They will also be presenting a Top Crew Chief contingency award at the conclusion of the feature.
This will be the first race that features a new program where NASCAR Tech students will be volunteering to work on Carolina Clash Super Late Model Teams and alongside Clash Officials. There will be 8 NASCAR Tech students working at Lancaster Speedway this weekend.
