All year we have posted the stats each month just to show how popular this site really is. I thought it would be great to know what the whole year looked like so I went digging through our Google Analytics (http://www.google.com/analytics/#utm_source=en-ha-na-synsearch_brand&utm_medium=ha&utm_campaign=en&utm_term=analytics) account and here is what it shows.
A couple things to mention here is through Jan-Feb we did not have any or low reports because I for some reason did not have their code embedded into the site. This happened again the end of July-August. Must have been an upgrade or something and I forgot to add the google code back, so in short were missing 4 months from this report. I'll try not to make the same error this year and compare them again in 2009.
As I have said before these are untouched results and are about as accurate as you get. No BS Alexa Ranking will ever give you true numbers.

68,233 Absolute Unique Visitors
2,966,593 Pageviews
249,077 visitors came back
68,314 Were New
What does all this mean?
68,233 visitors came to the site 317,391 times and looked at 2,966,593 pages.
Absolute Unique Visitors is a visitor that visits the site and is counted ONCE not several times. So if you visit the site 100 times a month we only count you ONCE.
Our total if we counted every user each time
745,407
(5.96 visits/visitor
